I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale. As an LCPC and mother of two, I am honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. I specialize in perinatal mental health, integrative approaches to healing, and trauma, supporting clients through fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and the evolving identity of parenthood. Drawing from holistic and evidence-based approaches, I help clients reconnect with their strengths, cultivate self-compassion, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through life's most meaningful and challenging transitions. I have a special love for working with mothers, babies, and the perinatal population, helping clients navigate fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, relationship changes, identity shifts, and the emotional complexities of parenthood. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by both academic study and lived experience. I studied philosophy and have always been drawn to the intersection of science, art, music, and the human experience. I believe that the mind does not exist separately from the body and spirit; our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and physical well-being are deeply interconnected. This perspective informs my holistic and integrative approach to therapy. I come to this work from a place of real-world experience and personal healing. My own journey of healing in both body and mind has deepened my capacity for empathy and connection, allowing me to meet clients with authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. While I bring clinical expertise and evidence-based practices to therapy, I also believe that each client possesses inherent wisdom about themselves. My role is not to tell you who you are or what you should do, but to help you reconnect with your strengths, trust your inner knowing, and cultivate the conditions for growth and healing. At the heart of my work is a belief that when we help parents, children, couples, and families heal, we create ripple effects that extend far beyond the therapy room. Supporting mothers and families is one small way I hope to contribute to a healthier, more connected world. I am grateful to offer a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered as you navigate life's challenges and discover your capacity to grow and thrive.
