Introduction

Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and work through things that may be difficult to navigate on your own. I work with children, teens, and young adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, big emotions, changes at home or school, relationship challenges, or difficulty feeling like themselves. I take a warm, encouraging, and individualized approach to therapy. I believe building a comfortable and trusting relationship is an important part of the process, especially for kids and teens. Together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s going on, recognizing strengths, building coping skills, and finding ways to make things feel more manageable.
