Dr. Jansen is a New Orleans native who has combined a passion for mental health with world-class training. A proud graduate of Tulane School of Medicine, she completed her adult psychiatry residency at Washington University in St. Louis, where she cultivated deep expertise in psychopharmacology. She then pursued her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UCLA, where she honed her skills in psychodynamic therapy with adolescents and developed highly specialized expertise in the treatment of OCD, tics, ADHD, and family therapy, among many others. Dr. Jansen is board-certified in both adult and child & adolescent psychiatry, bringing over 8 years of experience working with youth and adults alike. Rooted in her Southern upbringing and shaped by training at some of the nation's top institutions, she brings warmth, rigor, and a genuine commitment to her patients and their families.
