Introduction

I created this practice from both professional training and personal experience. I received my M.S. in Counseling from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in trauma, and I also have a background in integrative nutrition, coaching, and yoga. These experiences have shaped the way I approach healing — through both a clinical and holistic lens. I know what it feels like to live in a body and nervous system that feels overwhelmed, depleted, or out of balance. I’ve personally navigated postpartum challenges, hormonal imbalances, burnout, major life transitions, and my own autoimmune healing journey. Those experiences deepened not only my empathy, but my understanding of how closely connected our mental, emotional, and physical health truly are. Because of this, I specialize in supporting individuals who are carrying “too much” — mentally, emotionally, and physically. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, people-pleasing, nervous system dysregulation, life transitions, hormonal shifts, or feeling disconnected from themselves and their bodies. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and integrative. I look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture: your nervous system, relationships, lifestyle, health history, identity, and emotional world. I incorporate evidence-based therapies with a holistic lens that honors the mind-body connection, helping clients feel more regulated, understood, empowered, and grounded in themselves again. I want my clients to feel like they no longer have to “push through” or figure it all out alone. Healing is possible when you feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive support that truly sees the whole person. Supervised by Lauren Gastorf, M.Ed, LPC-S
