Introduction

Are you a tech-oriented, creative, or nerdy person trying to navigate a world that doesn't feel built for you? Do you feel the constant drain of burnout, the sting of imposter syndrome, or a baseline of anxiety you can't shake? As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I have a deep, personal understanding of these challenges. My practice is passionately focused on helping adults learn to unmask themselves, build self-advocacy, and thrive authentically. I understand the pressures of demanding fields, particularly in the tech world, and offer a space where you don't have to waste energy explaining your internal experience. I operate from a core belief: "People don't fail, plans fail." My approach is trauma-informed and geek therapy oriented, leveraging your interests and supports as the healing tools. The goal helping you build a life that feels genuinely fulfilling and aligns with your values, not the values of others. I know finding someone to support you on your journey can be a struggle. I'm a geek who loves video games, strategy board games, TTRPGs, theater, and music; I know finding the right person to help and understand is a challenging process. I’m honored to support you along your journey in any way I can.
