Introduction

At Madelyn Reilly Counseling, LLC, we provide a compassionate, empowering environment where individuals and families can begin a journey toward healing, balance, and joy. Our growing, multidisciplinary practice specializes in addiction recovery, disordered eating, and family systems work. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we tailor care to each person’s unique needs. We support families while their loved ones are admitted to higher levels of care to ensure readiness and confidence to support their loved one upon completion of treatment. A key part of our approach includes body-positive, trauma-informed dietetics and nutrition therapy. Our Registered Dietitians (RDs) collaborate with Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to provide wrap-around care, supporting both the emotional and physical aspects of recovery. Together, they help clients rebuild a healthy relationship with food, navigate disordered eating or ARFID, and develop sustainable habits aligned with their values. Collaboration is at the heart of our work—within our team, with families, and alongside other providers. We view each client within their unique context, embracing every definition of “family.” We believe that strengthening individuals strengthens families, and strengthening families strengthens communities. If you’re ready to make meaningful change, improve connections in your family system and heal-we would be honored to walk alongside you.
