Introduction

Feelings are hard and scary, and therapy is even more frightening. Maybe you are hearing voices, seeing shadows, struggling to get out of bed every day, or feeling like nothing is under control and the world is going to end. Your goal is the same as mine, feeling better, getting comfortable in your own skin, and rolling with the punches life throws you. I offer reality therapy for those diagnosed with Severe Mental illnesses such as schizophrenia spectrum. I also hold a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and integrate the information I have learned into sessions and help you learn to grow with trauma and loss. I also have training with general mood disorders such as depression and it's twin, anxiety. Why am I a therapist? Because I have been where you are and I have walked away with more information to help myself. I am in this line of work to be there for you, when no one else has been before. No, I do not think you are crazy, yes this is normal to feel this way, no you are not a worse person for feeling this way.
