Introduction

With more than five years as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I began my career working with college students and adults before transitioning to community mental health. That experience gave me the opportunity to support individuals facing a wide range of challenges and ultimately led me to private practice, where I feel both my clients and I have truly flourished. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the everyday challenges that come with being human. I also have a special passion for supporting individuals experiencing infertility and family-building journeys. After growing my own family through IUI and IVF, I understand the emotional highs and lows, uncertainty, grief, hope, and resilience that often accompany the process. You don't have to carry that experience alone. My practice is gender-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I strive to create a space where every client feels welcomed, respected, and safe to be their authentic self. All backgrounds, all identities, all welcome. As a mom of two little girls, I can understand just how busy life can be! That being said, your mental health matters no matter how busy life is, whether you have others relying on you or you're trying to take care of yourself, you deserve to prioritize your mental health. You deserve to feel like the best version of yourself, let therapy be the first step! Whether you've worked with ten therapists before or are considering therapy for the very first time, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, involved, and empowered throughout our work together. My philosophy is simple: "Thoughtful therapy for real life." Life isn't meant to fit neatly into a box, it can be joyful, messy, overwhelming, transformative, exciting, heartbreaking, and everything in between. Therapy should meet you where you are, not where you think you "should" be. Together, we'll create goals that reflect what matters most to you and adapt as your life, needs, and growth evolve.
