Finding the right support can make a difference, whether you’re navigating anxiety, big emotions, life changes, or simply trying to better understand yourself. I work with children ages 4 and up, teens, and adults, with a special interest in ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence. I enjoy working with both children and adults who may feel like they experience the world a little differently. Therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, build emotional regulation and coping skills, navigate relationships, strengthen confidence, and work through the challenges that come with school, work, family, and everyday life. I also work with parents who are looking for support in understanding their child and finding approaches that work for their family. With children, I use play therapy and other hands-on approaches to help them express what they may not have the words for, work through emotions, and build skills in a way that feels natural to them. I also work with anxiety, OCD, trauma, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with current and former athletes. Whether you’re dealing with performance pressure, perfectionism, confidence, injury, changing goals, or figuring out who you are outside of sports, therapy can provide a space to work through those challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I want therapy to be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, while also gaining practical tools and a better understanding of what you need to thrive.
