Introduction

As a therapist I believe I am here to create a secure container for us to honor your human experience in all of its messy, beautiful, and complicated parts. I work with all ages (4+), backgrounds, identities, and goals, and have special interest in treating anxiety, OCD, complex trauma, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and addiction. I believe even our most challenging ways of being are worth honoring and can be transformed with compassion. Collaboratively we will work with what no longer serves you, to allow your most favorite and aligned self to take the lead. I accept Partnership Medi-Cal and private pay on a sliding scale. I am trained in IFS (internal family systems), EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), ERP (exposure response prevention for anxiety, OCD, and phobias), and have strong foundations in attachment theory, somatics, mindfulness practices, harm reduction strategies, and trauma theories. I have experience supporting with a variety of life's challenges, such as: perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, relationships, self-esteem, shame, suicidal ideation, substance use, depression, anxiety, and overwhelming life experiences/trauma. My approach is warm, professional, and a bit playful! I feel deeply honored to walk alongside folks on their life journeys. I would be delighted to see how I could best support you and your healing! Please reach out to me if you think we could be a good fit for working together.
