Introduction

Hi, I’m Madison Cordova, LCSW. With more than a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of clinical settings. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping people navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives. I earned both my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University and am passionate about expanding access to quality mental health care, particularly in rural Idaho communities. My experience working with diverse populations has reinforced my belief that healing and growth are possible when people feel supported, understood, and empowered. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, crafting, or enjoying the outdoors with a Diet Coke and a good book. I also love spending time with my husband, our son, and our two cats, who think they run the household. I work with clients ages 8 and up who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, life transitions, and a variety of other challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and structural family therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. At the heart of my work is a commitment to authenticity, resilience, and meaningful connection. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, supportive, and approachable, where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and move toward lasting growth and change.
