If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re carrying more than you know how to handle, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as your whole self, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships, grief, self-worth, and body image. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and emotion-focused, with the goal of helping you better understand your emotions, recognize patterns, work through difficult experiences, and feel more connected to yourself and others. I’m particularly drawn to working with young adults who are navigating transitions, relationships, identity, or the pressure to have life “figured out.” Whether you’re working through something that happened years ago or simply know that something doesn’t feel right, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of it, and move forward. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out. Sometimes, you just need a place to start.
