I've always been a social chameleon. It helps with reading people, but it takes real work to find your own voice and use it. If you're marginalized in any way, you know the feeling of being pushed to blend into the landscape. I grew up with it too, and helping people step out of it is why I do this work. I offer online therapy for women and marginalized communities across Oklahoma. Growing up here, tradition runs deep, and every family is a little Oklahoma, however that looks for you. Progress doesn't come without breaking a few eggs and a few rules, so together we sort out what stays, what goes, and we pick up a few shells if we get a little crack-happy. I'm not the biggest fan of math, but I believe we're all the difference between where we came from and where we want to be. Sessions with me are person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused, which is a clinical way of saying we work as partners, I don't judge, and we find the meaning in the small things along the way. The one thing I ask is that you be yourself, unapologetically. Whoever you are, wherever you're from, whatever you look like, we'll find common ground and start there. Nothing is more fulfilling to me than helping clients embrace themselves. Schedule a consultation and let's see if we're a good fit.
