Introduction

My path into mental health is personal. Growing up, I saw how mental illness, addiction, and intergenerational trauma can affect an entire family. I became curious about the roles we take on, the ways we learn to cope, and how those patterns can stay with us long after our circumstances change. Those experiences shaped my belief that what we’ve been through matters, but it doesn’t have to determine what comes next. My approach is warm, curious, collaborative, and direct when it’s helpful. I know it can be difficult to let someone into the parts of your life that feel painful, messy, or hard to explain. I want therapy to be a place where you can show up as you are—without having to perform, hide parts of yourself, or have everything figured out. I’m especially drawn to working with people impacted by difficult or unpredictable family environments, trauma, attachment wounds, and family-of-origin patterns. I also work with anxiety and OCD, depression, identity, life transitions, and relationship concerns, and I enjoy supporting adolescents, young adults, and couples. I bring my training and perspective, but you bring an understanding of your life that I could never have. Together, we can get curious about what’s underneath the patterns that keep you stuck, understand how they came to be, and find new ways of responding. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself and more free to choose how you move forward.
