Life can look “fine” on the outside while feeling overwhelming internally. Maybe you are constantly overthinking, stuck in anxiety or OCD cycles, struggling in relationships, navigating a major life transition, or feeling pressure to keep performing at a high level without burning out. For athletes especially, it can be hard to slow down, ask for support, or know who you are outside of achievement. Therapy offers a space where you do not have to carry everything alone. I work with athletes, high achievers, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I want therapy to feel like a real conversation, not a clinical checklist. move My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up honestly and build healthier ways of coping and relating.
