No matter how strong we have to be, there will always be times where we need to have someone in our corner supporting us. In my work as a music therapist and associate family therapist, I have specialized in supporting those struggling with the unimaginable. Whether grieving the loss of a of a parent, spouse, sibling, or a child or coping with a new diagnosis, palliative care treatment, or end of life experience, I want to walk through this with you. No matter the challenge you face, it is my goal to support you to live authentically in all aspects of life. My experience as a music therapist working with children and families amidst their medical journeys within hospital treatment or in home pediatric palliative or hospice care has helped to build my foundation of collaborative, person-centered care that is trauma-informed, attachment-based, compassionate, and holistic. My goal is to support all my clients as they build their own individualized tool bag of skills and empower them to be the experts of their own lived experience. I seek to take my care beyond the foundation of the traditional “medical model” and strongly value providing care for the whole person.
