Introduction

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and EMDR-trained. I offer online services across the state of Texas, and in person services between Dripping Springs and Austin, TX. For nearly 10 years I have been helping adults, children, and parents readjust when their world feels overwhelming. The stresses or traumas in life can make us feel stuck. This can show up as difficult behaviors, negative thoughts, distressing body sensations, or toxic relationships. Our kids may be getting kicked out of daycare, going into "zombie-mode", or seeming to have ADHD. We may find ourselves doom scrolling, having a weird sleep schedule, or withdrawing from things we once enjoyed. Parents may feel like they're losing connection with their child, or already lost the joy in parenting. Counseling can help with those things. Reach out for a free 20 minute consultation to see how I can help.
