Introduction

Do you currently feel stuck, like something is weighing you down and no matter what you do, you can’t seem to move past it? Maybe you feel disconnected, out of alignment with who you want to be, or like the spark inside you has dimmed. You might look like you’re holding it all together on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted. If that resonates, you’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to stay this way. Therapy can be a space to slow down, untangle what’s been holding you back, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounding and empowering. I provide a warm, compassionate, and authentic presence in therapy. I’m passionate about supporting teens and adults on their healing journeys. Through a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach, I help individuals navigate anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. While I may not be in your exact shoes, I understand what it feels like to experience sadness, anger, or overwhelm - and you don’t have to carry that alone. I’m here to walk alongside you. I'm a Clinical Social Worker Candidate (SWC), an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified therapist, as well as a certified FirstPlay practitioner. I utilize EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness informed practices in sessions. When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, I enjoy practicing yoga, exploring the outdoors, concerts, travel, and quality time with my people. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I exclusively conduct sessions in English.
