Introduction

Welcome! I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety whether it be social anxiety, general anxiety, or panic attacks, as well as depression, childhood trauma, or relationship difficulties. I often work with self-esteem, those in recovery from substance abuse, people-pleasing, grief and loss, PTSD, domestic abuse, and more. My therapy style is adaptable and empathetic. I implement evidence-based treatment techniques such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness and somatic skills, and person-centered therapy. I work with clients on their goals for therapy such as improving their relationships, reducing feelings of drain, or gaining more hope for the future. I welcome clients where they are at whether they're starting therapy for the first time or continuing with their therapy journey. I look forward to offering you support at this time.
