Introduction

Hi, I'm Madison, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping people discover their strengths, heal from life's challenges, and create lives that feel authentic and meaningful. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, and therapy can provide the support, insight, and tools needed to move toward lasting change. My approach to therapy is rooted in a humanistic philosophy, meaning I strive to create a warm, relaxed, genuine, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel accepted exactly as you are. I believe that healing happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship, where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while feeling empowered to make choices that align with your values. I primarily work with young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply searching for a greater sense of purpose and confidence, we'll work together to help you move toward the life you envision. I offer secure telehealth therapy for adults throughout California, making it easier to access support wherever you feel most comfortable. I also offer in-person therapy in Irvine, CA. Therapy looks different for everyone, and sometimes it can be really hard to reach out for support. I'm so glad you're here and I'm so excited to work with you!
