My ideal clients are people navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance use. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of what they need. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling with self-doubt, or repeating patterns that leave you feeling frustrated. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what you're experiencing, and begin making changes that feel meaningful. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being honest about what you're experiencing. Together, we'll explore your concerns, build a deeper understanding of what may be contributing to your struggles, and work toward feeling more confident, connected, and grounded in your day-to-day life. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, exploring how past experiences, relationships, and underlying emotional patterns can influence how you experience yourself and your relationships today. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed approaches based on your individual needs. I believe therapy is most helpful when it feels collaborative and tailored to you. We'll work together to better understand what's beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop greater self-understanding. If you're thinking about starting therapy, I'd love to connect.
