I am a bilingual mental health professional with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, and court-involved systems. I hold a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s in Philosophy and Psychological Studies, a Master’s in Education from Cairo, and a PhD in Psychology from Delaware University. My background includes extensive work with family court, criminal court, ACS, the Family Justice Center, and reunification therapy for families navigating conflict, trauma, and legal involvement. I am certified in Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Family therapy, reunification and trained in EMDR, hypnotherapy, art therapy, DBT, CBT, substance use counseling, and group therapy. I also have strong experience in school behavior intervention, special education, ABA strategies, crisis de-escalation, and supporting students with IEPs and emotional or behavioral needs. Fluent in Arabic and English, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, court mandates, reunification, and culturally sensitive counseling. My approach is warm, structured, and rooted in empathy, empowerment, and the belief that every person has the ability to heal and reclaim their life.
