Hi! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Mae and I'm a licensed therapist with a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience and purpose. I began my journey in the mental health field out of a strong desire to support others through the kinds of struggles many of us face- feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or distress navigating through lifes transitions. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal as your clinician is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you are truly heard and understood. Whether you're feeling stuck seeking personal growth, or simply needing someone to walk beside you during a difficult time, I'm here to help! Together we can work to uncover patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change that empowers you to live with greater confidence and connection in a world full of uncertainties.
