Introduction

I provide targeted, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults navigating chronic insomnia, anxiety, perfectionism, and trauma. If you are used to holding everything together while privately running on empty, our work focuses on concrete, measurable relief rather than open-ended venting. On the outside, you keep all the plates spinning. On the inside, you are battling constant self-doubt, somatic panic, task paralysis, or the 3:00 AM dread of lying awake watching the clock. You do not have to keep white-knuckling through it alone. In our work, we don’t just passively rehash your week. We use structured, active frameworks: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to rebuild natural sleep drive, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and therapy that stops the fight with physical panic. We focus on practical, lasting shifts: restoring your sleep, setting boundaries, and getting your brain back. Select an open slot to request an initial intake or a brief 15-minute consultation.
