Introduction

So often, we’re told that our interests, ideas, and emotions are 'too much' or something to be managed away. I offer a space where we move away from the pressure to perform or fit into a mold, and towards a deeper understanding of your own experience. Your feelings, questions, preferences, & needs matter. I am here to offer space as you discover more of who you are and the rhythms that support you. ~ HOW? ~ Through an attachment-based lens, I offer individual and couples therapy for creatives, sensitives and high-masking neurodivergent adults. We explore nervous system care, identifying needs & wants, healthy boundaries, and authentic identity exploration. Modalities include EMDR, brainspotting, parts work, expressive arts, & eco-somatics. As a late-identified neurodivergent creative who has personal experience with navigating ADHD burnout, I know how helpful it can be to have support, and I invite you to reach out for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if this feels like a good therapeutic fit. ~ MODALITIES ~ Eco-Somatics, Expressive Arts, Parts Work, Brainspotting, EMDR ~ FORMAT STYLES ~ - 1:1 sessions - 50 minutes in length - Immersions/Intensives: This is for those of you who want to delve deeply into your own processing without having a time-constraint of a 50 minute session. We can approach whatever you are wanting to focus on with expressive arts, eco-somatics, IFS, EMDR, and Brainspotting. A combination of these approaches can be used as well. Time frame is usually 2-4 hours at a time. - Group Work: Expressive Arts & Nervous System Somatic Support Cost: Individual Therapy: $180/50 minute session
