I use an eclectic therapeutic approach as I believe that every client and their situation(s) are unique. I use the most effective therapy method to meet the needs of each individual client, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and others. Many people have been affected by adverse childhood experiences, abuse, and trauma that have left them with long-lasting symptoms. However, their greatest need and goal is to get better and regain their self-esteem, self-worth, self-confidence and self-identity, and I am here to give them the support they need.
