Introduction

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and social services. I provide a warm, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed space for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT-informed interventions, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic and relational approaches. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, with a focus on understanding patterns, developing practical coping skills, and building on your strengths. I measure progress by the goals we establish together and the meaningful changes you begin to notice in your daily life. I am available for in-person and telehealth appointments Monday through Friday in the afternoons and evenings, as well as Saturdays.
