Hey there, I’m Maggie. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by temporary license, coffee connoisseur, wife, mom, dog mom, and always ready for a new adventure. Maybe you’re tired of having the same argument over and over. Maybe you’ve spent years being the “good one,” the responsible one, the one who holds everything together. Maybe you understand yourself pretty well on paper, but somehow that hasn’t translated into feeling better, feeling closer, or actually doing things differently. That’s where I come in. I’m less interested in giving you another list of things you should be doing and more interested in getting curious about what’s actually happening underneath the surface. Together, we’ll slow things down, notice the patterns that keep showing up, and make room for the parts of you that may have been ignored, silenced, or working overtime just to get you through. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, experiential, and occasionally a little uncomfortable—in the productive way. You don’t need to have the right words, a perfectly organized history, or a five-year plan for therapy to be useful. You just need to be willing to get curious. Because your story isn’t finished. And you don’t have to keep living by a version of it that no longer fits.
