Introduction

Maggie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy to kids ages 6 and up, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups in a variety of areas including life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. She especially enjoys working with individuals that are part of the LGBTQIA+ community and has experience working with individuals that identify as trans or gender expansive. She is caring and compassionate and brings her genuineness, kindness, and empathy when working with clients to help them tap into their own resilience and strengths. Maggie uses a collaborative, relational, and client-centered approach primarily drawing from models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Maggie also has training in using the Gottman method when working with couples. Outside of therapy, Maggie is a self-proclaimed nerd and enjoys watching TV, reading, watching or playing D&D, crocheting/knitting, playing Sims, or scrolling on TikTok.
