Introduction

A Little About Me: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in perinatal mental health, my mission is to support you through the most vulnerable transitions of motherhood. As a mother, daughter, wife, and sister, I know firsthand the delicate balance between the magic and the immense challenges of this phase of life. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process your new identity as a mother, navigate the complexities of infertility, or find healing after perinatal loss. I believe in honoring the whole-body perspective—mind, body, and spirit—to foster meaningful recovery and powerful change.
