Hello, I am Maggie a licensed counselor that has been in the field for 11 years. I began my career working in non-profit organization and continue to do so, but also adding my own private practice. I specialize in issues of anxiety , depression, grief and loss, substance abuse, trauma and ADHD. I implement CBT, EMDR, and trauma focused modalities. I believe that implementing healthy coping skills and identifying thought processes can greatly reduce the symptoms that are affecting your daily life. I look forward to working with you.
