Introduction

I am a lover of life. I worked hard and fought like hell to be able say that and mean it. My hope is to help others to find a spark for themselves, to hold the spark for those who haven't found it yet, and fan the flames of tiny fires of hope for all of my clients. The people I am most able to help will sometimes have a hard time believing that anyone has a life that lights them up inside, that it is even possible to be that excited about waking up. The areas I am passionate about working with include self-esteem, self-harm, chronic suicidality, dissociation, living with chronic pain/illness, as well as the more everyday minutia of life that sounds way less dramatic and can be just as hard. Black and LGBTQIA+ Lives Matter. I hope that you will consider reaching out to me for a 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
