My path into mental health was shaped by a lifetime of service. Before becoming a therapist, I served as an Army medic, worked as a first responder, and experienced military life as the spouse of a retired Green Beret. These experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of stress, trauma, grief, resilience, and the challenges that can come with balancing responsibility, relationships, and personal well-being. I work with professionals, service members, veterans, first responders, and other adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique experiences and goals. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
