Hello! My name is Maggie, and I’m currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Arizona State University. My hobbies are painting, hiking, meditating, traveling, going to the gym, getting tattoos, and hanging with family, friends, and dogs. I am deeply passionate about helping people heal and grow in a warm, authentic, and collaborative environment. Through our work together, I’ll help you see life in a new light and connect with yourself on a deeper level. My approach is integrative and personalized to your unique needs. I draw from holistic and mindfulness-based practices to help you live more fully in the present, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you navigate struggles while building a fulfilling life in line with your values. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you reframe unhelpful thought processes and be more aware of how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect each other. My work is trauma-informed and guided by strengths-based, person-centered perspectives that respect and celebrate your individuality, autonomy, and values. I see you as a whole person, and our work will honor every part of your experiences and who you are. I have experience working with people of all ages from all backgrounds; come as you are! Together, we can explore what brings you here, whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, relationship and family struggles, or identity. No matter where you are in your journey, I strive to help you feel safe, understood, cared for, and empowered toward meaningful growth. Therapy is an experience like no other, and I am committed to making it a place where you can fully embrace who you are in a non-judgmental, compassionate space. Taking this step to seek help is an act of courage and self-compassion. You are not alone, you’re cared for and supported every step of the way. I’m so excited to meet you, and I’d be honored to be beside you through your journey!
