I believe that therapy is a space where you can reconnect with your authentic self and begin creating a life that feels meaningful to you. I work primarily with women and LGBTQ+ individuals ages 16–45 who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or questioning your next chapter, we'll work together to help you move forward with greater clarity and self-trust. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, creating a calm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. I blend Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and parts work to help you understand the patterns that have shaped your story while building practical tools for lasting change. I often tell clients that life is like a book—some chapters were written for you by past experiences, family, or society, but you have the ability to edit the story and decide what comes next. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching clients begin making choices that align with their values, develop deeper confidence in themselves, and discover hope for the future. My goal is for you to leave therapy with a renewed sense of self, trusting your own inner wisdom and feeling equipped to navigate life's inevitable ups and downs. Before joining my current practice, I've worked with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship transitions, divorce, foster care transitions, and physical and sexual abuse. Outside of the therapy room, you'll often find me spending time outdoors with my dog, painting, listening to podcasts, traveling to northern Michigan, or practicing yoga. My office is a calm and cozy space where meaningful work and a little humor can exist side by side.
