Introduction

"You find peace not by rearranging the circumstances of your life, but by realizing who you are at the deepest level." -Eckhart Tolle Navigating life's ups and downs can be complicated, confusing, and painful. The support of family and friends can help get us through but sometimes it's just not enough. Therapy offers a grounding and nonjudgmental place to turn to when it becomes hard to see a path out of suffering. I believe the heart of therapy involves building an open and honest relationship between client and therapist. As a therapist, I offer you the space to connect more deeply with yourself and take the time to understand your personal experiences, strengths, needs, and goals. I work with you to process and cope with difficult emotions, identify and overcome barriers to change, and cultivate a renewed sense of meaning, purpose, and vitality. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I integrate psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness based approaches to help my clients understand their innermost selves, come to terms with loss, accept and embrace change, and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others. Healing often begins with the simple and courageous decision to seek help. I welcome your inquiry and would be honored to work with you towards deeper self-alignment and inner peace.
