Introduction

Hello! My name is Maggie and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Wise Zen Therapy, a private practice specializing in trauma and anxiety. With nearly two decades of clinical experience across hospital, long-term care, and community settings, I bring a deeply integrative approach to healing — blending evidence-based therapies including CBT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems with holistic modalities such as Yoga Therapy, sound therapy, EFT, Reiki, Ear Acupuncture and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I hold a Master of Social Work from UT Austin and am a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher currently pursuing advanced yoga therapy certification. I'm passionate about meeting each client where they are and walking alongside them toward lasting change.
