Introduction

I work best with clients who are willing to show up honestly—even when it feels uncomfortable. Ideal clients are open to vulnerability, curious about themselves, and motivated to make meaningful change, not just talk about it. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being willing to ask the hard questions, sit with the messy parts, and actively engage in the process. If you’re ready to do that work, I offer a supportive, grounded space to explore, grow, and move forward in ways that feel authentic to you! I believe therapy works best when it feels real, not stiff or scripted. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their authentic selves in a space that’s comfortable, casual, and judgment-free. Sessions are collaborative and client-centered— I’m here to support, challenge, and walk alongside you as you figure out what actually feels meaningful in your life.
