Introduction

Being human is messy and beautiful, and asking for help takes courage. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to support you. Whether you’re healing from trauma or the effects of a dysfunctional family, navigating anxiety or stress, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, you deserve a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted as you are. My approach is warm, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from IFS, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Self Compassion, working with the mind, body, and soul while paying attention to the nervous system and the patterns shaped by our experiences. I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, grief, relationship challenges, dissociation, and life transitions. I’m especially drawn to working with individuals who may have spent much of their lives caring for others, questioning themselves, or adapting to environments that didn’t make space for who they truly are. They identify with being the caretaker, the black sheep, or misunderstood. I don’t believe you need to be “fixed.” Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, internal safety, self-trust, authenticity, connection, and peace. My style is intuitive, grounded, and dynamic, meeting you where you are while creating space for meaningful growth.
