I am a trauma-informed therapist working with adolescents and adults who bring diverse, intersecting identities into the therapy space, often in search of greater clarity around their lived experiences. Many of the clients I work with are deeply sensitive, thoughtful, and emotionally attuned, yet find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves in ways that can be difficult to name. I am trained in EMDR and deeply value its ability to help process experiences that talk therapy alone often can’t fully reach. In day-to-day life, this can look like fewer emotional triggers, less overthinking at night, more ease in relationships, and a greater sense of calm in your body. Clients often describe our work together as grounding, attuned, and insightful.
