Introduction

When anxiety, trauma, or life transitions feel overwhelming, it can be hard to feel safe in your own body or confident in your decisions. You may find yourself constantly on edge, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself and others. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin healing at your own pace. I primarily work with women in early to middle adulthood who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life changes. Many of my clients come to therapy after years of “pushing through,” unsure how much their past experiences are still impacting their present. Together, we focus on creating safety, understanding patterns shaped by trauma, and building a more grounded and connected sense of self. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, respected, and empowered. I integrate EMDR, IFS, somatic interventions, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring treatment to your needs and nervous system rather than rushing the process. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, bilingual (English/Spanish), and identify as part of the BIPOC community (Mexican). I strive to provide a culturally responsive space where all parts of your identity are honored. Whether you are processing trauma, managing anxiety or depression, grieving a loss, or adjusting to a new phase of life, my goal is to support you in feeling more regulated, resilient, and connected. If you’re ready to explore therapy in a supportive and collaborative space, I invite you to reach out.
