Hello! I'm Maika. I'm a licensed and experienced therapist in California (working in this field for more than 15 years!). I am a trauma specialist and practice EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Flash Technique, and Four Blinks. My specialty includes anxiety, prenatal/perinatal/postpartum issues, immigration/acculturation issues (especially Asians/Asian Americans), cross-cultural couples, OCD, depression, trauma, and grieving issues.
