Hi, I’m Maile. My journey into therapy began with a simple realization: real healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered as a whole person. I work with individuals in a collaborative, down-to-earth space where you can show up exactly as you are. I specialize in anxiety management and helping clients build healthy coping skills. My grounded approach integrates mindfulness, practical tools, and grounding techniques to foster emotional resilience. Together, we won't just talk through life's challenges—we'll meet you where you are and build real-world tools that help you strengthen your well-being with confidence and at a pace that feels right for you. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Business from Washington State University. As a Counselor in Training, I work under professional supervision to ensure thoughtful, ethical, and effective support.
