I’m Maja Nuoffer, LMFT, a holistic psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, disconnection, or recurring emotional and relational patterns that feel difficult to shift. You may know what you should do differently, yet still find yourself caught in the same loops—overthinking, feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling to slow down, or questioning what you really want. Often, these patterns are pointing to something deeper beneath the surface. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, become more aware of what is happening within you, and develop a different relationship with the patterns that have been shaping your life. My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, grounded in modern psychotherapy and mind-body awareness. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I may incorporate somatic, mindfulness, and experiential practices to help you connect insight with actual change. I don’t view anxiety or stress as something inherently wrong with you. These experiences can be signals—often pointing toward unmet needs, internal conflict, or long-standing ways of protecting yourself. Together, we can become curious about what those signals are communicating rather than simply trying to make them disappear. My style is collaborative, steady, and grounded. Sessions are structured enough to provide a sense of safety and containment, while remaining responsive to what is most present for you. We’ll look not only at what you think and feel, but also at how these patterns live in your body, relationships, and everyday life. My work is ultimately about helping you become more fully connected to yourself—so that you can respond to life with greater clarity, steadiness, and intention.
