Introduction

I’m Maja Nuoffer, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience. People often come to me when anxiety has taken over, burnout has left them feeling depleted, or they find themselves quietly asking, “What am I doing with my life?” There’s a sense of being at a standstill—disconnected from clarity, from purpose, and often, from themselves. Our work is a space to slow down and listen more deeply. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your story, your body, and your inner world each carry their own wisdom. Together, we create space to access that wisdom—blending evidence-based therapy with holistic, soul-centered practices that support your whole being. In our work together, we may: Honor Your Story – Culturally affirming, client-centered care that sees you, your identity, and the fullness of your lived experience. Calm and Rewire – Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to soothe the nervous system, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build lasting resilience. Create Clarity – Solution-focused practices that cut through confusion so you can take clear, grounded steps forward. Reclaim Strength – Strengths-based psychology to amplify what’s already working and remind you of your innate confidence. Ground in Nature – Ecotherapy, using the natural world as a mirror and teacher for your own healing and reconnection. Live Whole – Holistic therapy that looks at what you eat, how you move, how you rest, and the rhythms of your daily life—because healing isn’t just mental, it’s embodied. Face the Big Questions – Existential therapy that helps you find courage, purpose, and freedom in the face of life’s uncertainty. Open to the Sacred – Transpersonal and spiritual integration (when aligned with your beliefs), weaving in meaning, expanded awareness, connection to something greater. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome. And from there, something steady begins to return—clarity, trust, and a deeper sense of being at home within yourself.
