If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body, your relationships with others, or even your own identity: you’re not alone. Many people struggle with the pressure to perform roles like the “perfect” family member, the dependable caregiver, the endless shoulder to cry on, or the person who fits cultural standards of “normalcy.” Beneath those expectations, though, there can be struggles like trauma, grief, identity, or disordered eating that are rarely acknowledged. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you in the healing process as you reconnect with yourself, your body, your relationships, and what matters most to you. I specialize in working with folks navigating complex trauma, grief, relational challenges, and eating disorders. In session, my priority is to create a space where you don’t have to perform or prove anything: simply showing up is enough. Together, we will build tools to help you feel grounded, connected, and more at home in your body and relationships. Most of all, I recognize that finding the right therapist can feel like one more heavy task on top of everything else. I want to honor the courage it takes to begin this process. If it feels like working together is the right fit, I invite you to reach out!
