Introduction

Are you struggling with the current state of the world? Do you feel like you have no one to talk to or feel alone in your experience? I am here to help. I am a Clinical Mental Health graduate student intern who working towards graduation this upcoming December. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and adjustment and am happy to serve all ages. I am an integrative counselor who uses a variety a theories and techniques, including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person Centered Therapy. These theories allow us to tackles issues at hand and work together through talk therapy to resolve them.
