If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, trauma, or a major life transition, you deserve a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with teens and adults navigating experiences such as loss, school or career stress, pregnancy and postpartum, and shifts in identity or relationships. Many of the people I work with struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, low self-esteem, or constant worry, making it difficult to manage day-to-day stress and feel fully present in their lives. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, build resilience, and find tools that support your nervous system. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you process emotions, understand your needs, and develop self-compassion. It can be hard to ask for help when you’re used to pushing through and taking care of everything yourself. There’s no need to perform, have all the answers, or pretend you’re okay. Therapy is a space to pause, be supported, and show up exactly as you are without pressure or expectations. If my words resonate, you’re welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
