Introduction

Hello, my name is Makya Kirchner and I’ve served in the social work field for about 8 years now. I welcome people from all walks of life and work to build a safe and validating environment for my clients. I work best with those 8 years of age and older. I have experience with transitions, adjustments, trauma with the intention of providing individualized client centered services. I utilize therapeutic modalities including(but not limited to) CBT, DBT, art therapy techniques, mindfulness, and EMDR therapy. A few fun facts; I moved across the country from WI 5 years ago, I enjoy hiking with my dog, and I consider myself a food connoisseur. Hope to see you soon!
