Introduction

Someone once said that they feel that their “mind is a puzzle, but the pieces don’t fit.” Change can assist in putting those pieces together. Change can happen from a foundation of trust, wisdom, and guidance. A Restored Hope is a Christian counseling practice that walk alongside clients in their journeys of life. Whether you are Christian or not all are welcome without discrimination. I have a passion to assist clients who seek hope and restoration within their lives. I work with adults, families, and adolescents from a client-centered holistic collaborative counseling approach to enhance good coping skills that are tailored to support individual goals based upon the unique needs of clients via tele-health. Events such as various traumas, the death of a loved one, loss of a job, divorce, or relationship conflicts, or even if one is experiencing anxiety, depression, or addiction these factors can be impactful to the mind, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. In understanding those factors, I am ready to come alongside you to assist in change. Transformational goals are developed within an atmosphere of hospitality to empower the client of self-actualization within their full potential. Strategies and techniques from an eclectic approach are integrated into sessions to address challenges in a safe environment. At A Restored Hope, I am ready to earn that trust which is an essential component to the therapist and client relationship as well as to provide the tools necessary to face your challenges. I specialize in the areas of Trauma-Focused Care, EMDR, Family Focus Care, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, PTSD, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attention Deficient ADHD, Solution Focused Therapy in addition to other challenges.
